As a Triathlete since 1988, Jay has been involved in all aspects of the sport. Jay has competed in Ironman distance races, Half Ironman, Olympic and Sprint for a total of hundreds of races. Jay sometimes competes to win his age group, but he also enjoys just showing up and having fun, especially with clients on their first day at the races.
Jay's advice is to pick a program and stay consistent with it. There are many programs that work and you may be tempted to try several at one time. Keep it simple and learn slowly from each program and eventually you will learn what works best for you.
